Senthil started his career in 2007 as a Fraud Risk Analyst and has since worked with leading banks across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the UK.Before founding Nxt Talent, he served as Associate Vice President — Fraud Analytics at one of India’s largest private banks, leading risk and operational hiring at scale.

Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a pioneer in HR consulting and fraud-aware talent acquisition — with deep networks across BFSI, IT, and enterprise sectors.
